RingSafe Pro may process communications on behalf of participating home-service businesses. In those cases, the participating business is the party you have chosen to communicate with, and RingSafe Pro acts as its service provider.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We rely on service providers to operate RingSafe Pro, including telecommunications, hosting, infrastructure, and messaging providers. These providers may process data only as necessary to provide the service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
